Emily Deans
(FCA) |
|
I grew up in Watkinsville, GA, and graduated
from UGA in December with a degree in Speech Communication. I am
thankful for the opportunity to intern with FCA at UGA this
semester. I joined the leadership team last January and have been
blessed by all that God is doing through FCA’s ministry on campus.
This intern position entails evangelism and discipleship. I have
the opportunity to share Christ with athletes on cam-pus, disciple
girls one-on-one and assist small group leaders with their
studies. The Lord is doing a great work on individual athletes at
UGA. I’m looking forward to learning more from the staff and to
being a part of what God is doing in the hearts of the students
here.
